Bulk billing to Medicare is available to all patients. Please show your Medicare card at the desk on arrival and ensure it is valid. The doctor will advise you of any other costs that may arise from your consultation unless prior arrangements are made.

Due to privacy regulations, the practice is unable to communicate with patients about clinical matters via email. Please phone (03) 9489 5504 to discuss anything medically related and make an appointment to see your doctor. Test results are not given out over the phone — please call to arrange a follow-up appointment 2–3 days after testing.
Home visits are available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Emergency calls are put through to the doctor immediately during clinic hours.
