Before You Call

A few answers upfront, in case they save a phone call. Still worth calling if there's anything else on your mind.

Do you bulk bill?

Yes, for eligible patients. Bring a valid Medicare card when you visit.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, new patients are welcome. Call reception or book online to arrange a first appointment.

How do I get my test results?

Call to book a follow-up appointment two to three days after a test. Results aren't given out over the phone.

Do you do home visits?

Home visits can be arranged for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the practice. Contact reception to arrange one.

Is parking available?

Yes, there's plenty of street and off-street parking.

What languages are spoken at the practice?

Between the doctor and the team, consultations are available in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Greek.

Are allied health services available on-site?

Yes. Physiotherapy, podiatry and dietetics all run from this building, alongside the GP.

What if I have feedback or a complaint?

Speak with the doctor or reception directly, or use the suggestion box at the front counter. For formal complaints, the Victorian Health Services Commissioner can be contacted on 1300 582 113. More detail is on the patient information page.

Do you see DVA, WorkCover, CommCare or TAC patients?

Yes, the practice treats DVA patients as well as work injury and transport accident claims, and can help with the associated paperwork.
